Alima Training Center LLC: Our Policies

A deposit of 50% for individuals and/or groups will be required upon agreeing to the contract which secures the selected time and date. The remaining balance is due upon services rendered. Payments can be made via invoice sent or check made out to Alima Training Center, LLC.

Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to class start date. A non-refundable processing fee of $20 per participant will be assessed. You are responsible for the entire invoice if not cancelled within the 48-hour window. To maintain compliance with AHA student/instructor ratio, no participant can be added to a class without prior authorization from Alima Training Center and any additional participants must be added at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations are allowed, however, if the cancellation is not in the 48-hour timeframe there will be a $20 processing fee assessed. If it is in the allotted time, you have an option of choosing another date and time.

Due to limited availability, failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled class is considered a “no-show” and after 72 hrs of initial booking and online payment for a class, there will be no refund given. Failure to attend your rescheduled class will result in inability to schedule future classes.

Out of consideration for our clients as well as our instructors, if you are more than 10 minutes late for any class, we will require you to reschedule and/or a $10 rescheduling fee may be added to your class.

When requesting a refund of your card payment, or any portion thereof, please email [email protected] with the following information to make the process as easy as possible:

Your First and Last Name (including middle name)

The Date and Time the payment was made through this website or by phone

The class that the payment was made for

The last four (4) digits of the card used to make the payment

The confirmation number for which the payment was made

Failure to provide this information could slow the refund process.

An approved refund may be initiated by our office within 24-48 hrs (2 business days) of the refund request being submitted unless that request is received in the afternoon on a Friday or holiday. Per policy, there will be an $20 processing refund fee to Alima Training Center, LLC subtracted from all online transactions. Please keep in mind that your card issuer has sole financial/legal control over when and if the refunded amount may be applied as a credit to your card balance.
